Congress Exempt from New Health Care Legislation

Have you noticed that Congress exempted themselves in the new health care legislation? Yup, members of Congress will still get favored treatment, and don't have to follow all the new health care rules they intend to force on us. If this new health care will be so wonderful, why doesn't Congress want it for themselves?
