I drive past that second sign all the time. It cracks me up every single time. I wonder if someone fell into the ditch before the sign was put up!
I blame it on lawyers saying that people won't use common sense and stop if there is not a clear warning. A way to remove any liability on the part of the property owner. Sheesh!
